Academic Standing

The Institute for Theological Studies offers sound biblical instruction on a college level. All of the faculty have had formal training in Bible and theology and most hold advanced degrees in those disciplines. ITS offers certificates of completion to those students who successfully complete the required courses of study. Non-certificate students receive the same quality instruction. ITS is not an academically accredited institution and credits for course work are not transferable to colleges or universities.

ENTRANCE REQUIREMENTS

Prospective students should be Christians, trusting in the Lord Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of sin and eternal life. They should also be eager to further their knowledge in the Scriptures and to sharpen and develop their ministry skills. Registration forms can be downloaded here.

NOTICE OF NONDISCRIMINATION POLICY

The Institute for Theological Studies does not discriminate against any applicant on grounds of race, color, national or ethnic origin, age, sex, or because of handicap. This policy applies to all admissions and academic policies, scholarships and other school-administered programs.
